Ringtone is boring at the moment....." jingle jangly then hello Moto"....only because I haven't made time to sort out what I really want on there.....not sure I should anyway.lol

Um

What is your favourite colour and why. (and if Pinky answers....the question is....Where does your love of the colour pink stem from?)

Pinky
25th September 2005, 01:34 PM
ok i will answer .....pink is the colour of love and emotions and heals self love and matters of the heart....physical and emotionally ...when i was suffering with my nerves i had to focus on this colour in meditation and used rose quartz crystlas for regaining my strength and learning to be happy with myself and gain confidence in myself and also control emotional crap i had surrounding me ...therefore pinky took over! no more shit off anyone ....pinky is a person!

where did your username come from?

Dreamcatcher
25th September 2005, 01:41 PM
I used a derivitive of it on another forum site and feel comfortable with it. Amber....for me conjours up all that is calm and safe in the world, past and present and Amber itself, like a diamond has many facets and hidden depths....
I wanted a name which conjoured an image of serenity for that is what I strive for..........as for the "secret"......not sure if open forum is the place but as you asked and I feel among friends.........I don't go out much apart from work, (where, through necessity I am a different person).......part of the truth about the secret is that I have found some life on the PC. (sorry for the heart on the sleeve but you did ask) the other part of the secret is not for now.lol

OK...change the record

Does a big age gap work in a long term relationship??

Dreamcatcher
26th September 2005, 06:59 AM
Not for everyone but I think it can work depending on the people in the relationship....it's the whole fate & destiny thing. Certain people connect and were just meant to be together....it's mostly pressure from society that impacts on the success or failure of "age gap" relationships

Are you glad that it's the start of another working week?

No, I could do with a break to clear my head, have been to the canal on our way home from school to clear the cobwebs entwined around my brain lol..

Could you turn your back on someone you loved??*red*

Dreamcatcher
26th September 2005, 07:16 PM
Thats a REALLY difficult question to answer......I think it would depend on what level of love I had for the person and what they had done or the barrier in the way which was causing me to have such a decision to make........

If I found it an easy decision...I would need to question whether I truly loved the person.......

Talking about real...aching when apart, warm and safe when together love and everthing that go's with it....then no....I don't think I could turn my back on that person.......

I'm going to ponder on this some more now......

If you are aware of a secret situation would you let it be known or keep it to yourself n plod along?

Dreamcatcher
15th October 2005, 02:36 PM
vibes.......

It would depend who was involved and if anyone could get hurt by being kept away from the truth......would also depend really on what side of the secret you were on.
If, you were aware of something that someone was trying to keep a secret for reasons known to themselves but you knew........then it is up to you whether to let on that you know, based on how it is affecting you.
If you were aware of someone keeping a secret that was affecting someone close to you and you felt that they should know then you'd need to do a lot of soul searching and consider all the implications before going direct to the affected person.....sometimes it can be easier in the long run to speak to the person who is keeping the secret and see if the situation can be resolved another way.
It has to be said though that Confiding in a friend always takes away some of the burden on the mind though
I should shut up now.....................because I could go on for HOURS!!! lol
